  Annette and Mike are fantastic. I can't say too many good things. I called them about a killer bee hive in a pillar of my house and they came out immediately, took care of the problem at a reasonable price and did a follow up as well. They are kind and efficient. Really great people. I recommend them highly.

  The first words out of the wifes (she answered my call) mouth when I informed her that we were in immediate need for help against bed bugs was, "Well, howd you get those?" How dare she respond that way as if we are not already disgusted and embarrassed! Furthermore, after explaining to her what we had found she went on to say what a costly problem it is to get rid of these bugs and she would have to talk to her husband to see if he wanted to take on such a problem since it was going to take a lot of work....My suggestion to you is FIND A COMPANY WITH TACT AND ABILITY. My suggestion to Premise Keepers is, GET A SECRETARY TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE!
