  Called in an order for a belt. I was told it would be here by 4 PM. I showed up at 5 and was told it would either be here later that night or the next morning before opening. But that either way I would get a phone call to let me know later that night. No phone call. Came in at 1 PM the next day, am being told they don't get deliveries until later that afternoon and they don't have my part. Getting a ride out here is difficult without my car working. No consideration, no sympathy.
